AI Operations Manager (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) integrates with your Notion workspace to help manage business operations through an AI assistant.

Information We Access

When you connect your Notion account, we access:

  • Pages and databases you explicitly share with our integration
  • Content within those shared pages (text, properties, comments)

We do NOT access:

  • Pages you haven’t shared with the integration
  • Your Notion account credentials
  • Other workspaces you haven’t authorized

How We Use Your Information

  • To search and retrieve content you request through the AI assistant
  • To create, update, or modify pages when you instruct the assistant to do so
  • To provide context for AI-assisted responses

Data Storage

  • Notion OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database
  • We do not permanently store copies of your Notion content
  • Content is retrieved on-demand when you make requests

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your Notion data with third parties. Your content may be processed by:

  • Anthropic’s Claude AI (for assistant responses)
  • Our hosting infrastructure

Your Rights

You can:

  • Disconnect the integration at any time from Settings
  • Revoke access from Notion’s “My connections” settings
  • Request deletion of your stored tokens
